The 3 Second Myth

There's a well known myth about fish and their three second memory. Apparently, it's just not true. According to Australian scientists, fish can remember learned information about prey for up to five months. In fact, carp caught by a fisherman will avoid hooks for a year or more. Fish can even be taught to associate sounds with food. So, as you watch your tropical fish swimming about, keep in mind there's a lot more going on in their little heads than you think. To read a brief article about brainy fish, click HERE

Really? Huh I honestly always thought fish can remember up to 24 hours lol Then again I know little about fish haha
